Martial Arts

Rough Program

The ROUGH PROGRAM is different from others disciplines because it is focused not only on self-defence but on personal protection too. The personal protection is the combination of all the procedures in order to safeguard one or more individuals both in public places and in private ones. This system has been studied by a team of experts on urban and ring fights and created in order to face the growing violence phenomenon. Born from military experiences in dangerous countries like Afghanistan, Macedonia, Kosovo, Bosnia-Erzegovina, the ROUGH PROGRAM combines Military Self-Defence and Mixed Martial arts techniques: they all are free from nuances which may slow down the efficacy. Moreover, the Reality Based System of Sgt. Jim Wagner and the American Combat System and Max Defence of Stephen Spivey are part of it.

"Speed, Surprise, and Violence of Action"
This union of arts makes ROUGH PROGRAM an easy and devastating system, based on real scenarios. No nuances, no cerimonies, no traditional gear … only real direct techniques of proven effectiveness. Strong Power-Fitness circuits are part of the training which is worked out so to overpass the physical and mental resistance level of pupils, upon various stress degrees. Moreover, trainees will simulate real dangerous situations like being attacked by one or more aggressors, night training, inside and outside training, simulations using soft air pistols loaded with paint shots, red stained training knives and others… Once these were military methods but, nowadays, normal people are forced to face a more aggressive and evolving violence, therefore, more appropriated self defence techniques are needed.
