Classes in submission wrestling and competition fighting

 

Submission grappling is no gi training working towards competition excellent for fitness and strength training or just for fun this is an informal class  taught in a relaxed manner.Training is normally done in tee shirt and shorts as this is what is normally worn when competing

 

Training

    

Training consists of drill and padwork using boxing and kick boxing skills combined with wrestling and ju-jutsu skills to create an effective workout .Which creates a high energy workout for those wishing to compete or simply lose weight and get into shape but hate the gym and want to do something different

 

 

 

Training Times

Mondays 7.30 to 9pm also ju-jutsu Thursdays 7.45 to 9.15  just wear tee shirt and shorts
