Nightshift class for those who cant make the evening will be starting on the 16th nov all levels welcome high energy class for those looking to get fit but hate the gym also thursdays are back checkout the home page for details

The dojo will be closed between 25th and the 29th May due to holidays i think this is also half term so most people are away this week also thanks nick
